Rowing Coaching in Austin, TX

Elevate your sculling and sweeping with structured workouts and technique refinement from SKC Fitness. On the water rowing can be intimidating and navigating the water, equipment and how to improve can be overwhelming. But whether you are a novice, competitor, junior, collegiate or masters athlete, I'll help you set simplified goals, navigate proper rowing progressions, improve times and build confidence on the water. As a certified US Rowing Coach, I'll focus on solid technique - the cornerstone of rowing excellence - to develop you into your best rowing self.

Training sessions will include mental strategy, a variety of drills, intervals and distances to improve your form, body position, stamina and speed. I will customize workouts focused on efficient movement for longer and more powerful strokes. Filming workouts and off the water training plans are also available.
