Service Description
Personalized training for your specific goals. Focuses on progression through my six pillars to a healthy body with less injuries: core, balance, mobility, strength, power and flexibility. Training will include a variety of complex moves, accessory moves, and equipment (dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, body weight and more). Location: SKC Fitness private gym in Cherrywood south Austin (address disclosed in confirmation email) To bring/wear: water, towel, athletic shoes, comfortable clothing.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your session time. Missed sessions/No-show attendance will incur a $10 fee.
